the place was nice enough but I woudl ve been ecstatic if they had properly trained staff on service dogs and didn’t bother me for IDs that don’t exist. the room had terrible wifi, I mean, hello, it’s 2023, and what do you know, no hot water. I almost gave five stars but just couldn't.
